hi guys here are some pics of my ICM 1/48 Spitfire in US markings. it was brush painted with Testors enamels and Aeromaster Decals. i liked this scheme because of the different colours than normal and i could never do as good a job as the other guys in the standard camo colours.

not a bad kit to do but i left out the engine and engine bearers and supports as they made construction so much easier.

ICM is notoriously not so easy kit to build and you've done good job on it. The field respray with OD over - was it Mid Stone? - is unusual and attractive cammo too.
It's always bit tricky when building known airframe with photographic evidence and all those things. It's always better to do a tiny research before build and hence my annoying bit: shouldn't that be a Mk.Vb instead of Mk.IX, is it 'e' wing? I know, it's not really important, it's just me moaning fecker...

Well done on that one anyway... Now I am going back to my messed up plastic
