Hi, I've just discovered the Forum after seeing a report about the show in December's Model Aircraft Magazine. Nice to know we have our own band of enthusiasts here, at home. I've rejoined the hobby recently, as a retirement hobby, and have been blogging some recent builds on another Forum. My main interest is WW2 aircraft to modern jet aircraft.
I'll post some shots of recent builds, if I learn to master Photobucket (Old dog...new tricks...and all that). Otherwise looking forward to generally getting involved.
Sláinte,
Gerry

Gerry! I joined last year after being at that show and it's best thing i ever did (for my hobby that is) - the advice and support has been great. Look forward to seeing your builds and the Photobucket thing is a doddle - plenty of help available around these parts for that too! Welcome Gerry.
Looking forward to seeing some of you builds. So is "Merlin" after a famous fighter engine or because you can work wonders with an airbrush?
Cheers Sean

As regards the above, I'd love to claim that I'm a wizard at modelling, but the banal truth is the Rolls Royce reference. Gerry
