Just received the IPMS:UK magazine (no.6 2010) and it's a Scale Modelworld special. Included is a full list of winners and commendeds and I noticed the following:
Category B: Military Vehicles - 39: 1/71 Scale and Larger (up to and including 1945) ASD:COMMENDED: StuG III Ausf B by Filip Servit
Category D: Figures - 54: Foot Figures 60mm and smaller SK, ADS, ASC: COMMENDED: Defend the Reich by P.J. Cregan.
Well done lads. If there was anybody else from IPMS:Ireland who entered the competition and took an award or medal that I haven't recognised, please let us know.
Also, careful scrutiny of the photos in the mag reveal: page 16 Branch and SIG Displays: photo 6... is that our very own Murfv just to the right?? And on page 5 Roy Kinsella is snapped with Paddy McGannon.
