Recently, one of my photographer colleaugues commented on some of my models (the plastic ones) and she was able to tell me all about the process of masking complex camo patterns on french mirages, then recalled other types to me such as f-18 and F-14 and the Harrier : ( and then i asked her how did she know so much......... Turns out her partner made them, and then got her to paint them, so isnt that love awww !!!!

Friend of mine is in similar situation. When researching various materials for a new build one might get books in strange languages here and there - don't mean English here. He understands Russian, but can't read, his better half can read Russian, but don't understand.
So she reads, he listens...
