Welcome! Sounds like you've taken the same path as most of us, making kits when we were kids & then getting back into it later in life!

Looking forward to seeing some pics of your builds!

Welcome...

I've done the same with my early attempts as well. And, well, we are all starting all over again with every new kit in our hands, don't we?

Welcome Chiefwiggum!

As well as lurking, and posting, on the forum, you can also come along to the regular meets of the various sections of IPMS Ireland, where you can meet modellers face to face! The nearest one to you is the Dublin Chapter. Our next meet is on Saturday 29th October in the Exchange Collective Arts Centre, Exchange Street, in Temple Bar in Dublin (the bit west of Parliament Street/Capel Street bridge), from 11 am till 1 pm. Feel free to come along -you would be most welcome! (Wickla, and indeed Meath, men are members of the Chapter.....it is, after all, the GREATER Dublin Area!)

You can see more about us on the "Dublin meets" section of this forum:-

Fraid not Chief, I'm an expat brit, here for the last 7+ years and in Wickla for 4 of them. Still haven't developed the Wicklow twang though
