15 10 2011 Paddy, Could you do us a favour please? On the Friday of Telford, could you go down to the hall and secure our table for us please for set-up? We're arriving at 16.25 at Birmingham and will be heading straight for the venue but it'll take at least half-an-hour and we're a bit worried we'll lose out. Liam

Liam,
I am off to the Newark show in the morning 16/10/11
I will check all the final details of our display space with The Central Committee members(most of them)
Who will be present and get back to you.
If I am not on site to secure our table I will make arrangements for someone to do it for us.
Will that do.?

Liam,
The best information available today is;
Gary W (Overseas Liason) has a list of Societies that have applied for space
but that he has not specifically allocated any so far in case of no shows or backouts.
I have said that we guarantee to be there on Friday PM till Sunday PM
So we will therefore most definatly have table space in the overseas Area.
I have arranged that as tables are layed out Friday morning someone will
put an IPMS/Ireland sticker on the one allocated to us.
This may be me but if not I have arranged for someone to do this for us.
It should then just be a matter of you arriving, checking the chart for the exact table number
and setting up.
