I cannot find any images, (except one of number 204 laying in a scrap heap and the windows are gone, so not sure if they were painted and broken out, panels, or just what) of the rockets that definatively show whether they had windows up top of the cabin between the wings. If they had the windows, were they painted over? Help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Pat

I went through sme of the photos and it looks like that there were windows alrite, 243 have them clearly visible, but it was replacement aircraft and not the 'H' type and they appear to be dark smoke colour.
I think that the same would go to the other aircraft, whether they've been repainted latter on some airframes, that's another thing, which I have no answer to at this moment.
Welcome to the Irish Air Corps - no aircraft is the same
